This course is provided through Global University. The selection and development of Christian leaders is one of the major challenges the church faces. This course provides students with a contemporary theology of Christian leadership. It discusses leadership theory, presents servant-leadership as a model for Christian leaders, discusses biblical principles of leadership, and describes the major functions of leadership.
